I was referred to Dr. Chen by my then girlfriend in the very early 90’s. Since that time, the girlfriend and I got married and brought our four children to Dr. Chen for regular dental check ups. I have nothing but high praise for the Dr. Chen and the office staff. Even when my wife and I moved from the Glendale area, we continued to be patients of Dr. Chen.

This dental office is great. The first positive is the easy and ample parking in front of the office. Next, the office staff is friendly and helpful. Then, the dental hygienist is amazing. It was the best teeth cleaning I’ve ever had. But the cherry on top is the dentist Rosana Chen. She’s very thorough and knowledgable. Amazingly nice and concerned about how the patient is doing. I was very glad I found this dental office.

I’ve gone to many dentists and they were either just not that good or overcharged you and not trustworthy. Fresh Coast is such a refreshing change. I’ve never been to a place where I know everyone’s name but they feel like family. The front staff are amazing, the dentists are great, both Dr. Scott and Dr. Rosana. The hygienists are awesome. They never make you feel bad and they just so kind and honest. I hope I never have to change dentists!

I love Dr. Rosana Chen and the whole office. I had an emergency which they were able to schedule me in very quickly. The follow up care was excellent. Everyone who works here has been super friendly. The staff was also helpful with finding appointment times to fit us in. The cleanings and fillings have been very gentle and all the staff paused a lot to check in and make sure nothing was painful or uncomfortable. It’s great to have them nearby! Plus they have nice tvs in all the rooms you can watch during your cleanings.

I had a fantastic experience here. I got a permanent retainer when I was 8 and it snapped. I recently moved into the area and Fresh Coast was able to get me in the next day for an emergency appointment. I was in and out in less than 20min, and they also helped me get started on an Invisalign consult — something I’ve been interested in and never got around to asking about. They are very warm, professional, and amazing at what they do. I feel like I’m in good hands with them!

I just started coming to Dr Rosana Chen and i couldn’t recommend her more. Her staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Chen was very upfront and honest with me and everything she recommended, i agreed with. I had issues in the past with other dentists trying to convince me to do procedures that weren’t necessary. I highly recommend her.
